This is the Shilo Stag’s website (shilostag.ca) which replaces the printed newspaper which has been around since July 1947.

What Information Do We Collect

For users who register on our website to receive our weekly e-edition (newsletter), we store each user’s name and email address. Website administrators can view and edit this information. Users can unsubscribe from the e-edition at any time using the link provided in each email. For statistical purposes, we collect information on who opens each e-edition email. This information is used to calculate readership. Personally-identifying information is never shared with third parties.

If you have signed up to receive our e-edition, you can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymized information about how our website is being used by our readers including pages viewed. Data collection does not include personally-identifying information.

For our advertising clients, we use Advanced Ads serve our ads, and to track ad views and click-thrus. This information does not include personally-identifying information about users.
