The numbers are in, and organizers could not wait to express their heartfelt thanks for the generous participation with No Stone Left Alone. This includes the event held at the Brandon municipal cemetery in the veterans’ section last month.
No Stone Left Alone organizers are extremely proud and grateful of the increasing opportunities we have to help us educate, honour and remember the sacrifices our military have made, and continues to make, for us. We couldn’t do it without you, and for that we offers thanks.

What weighs 27 kilograms, contains five genuine and 17 reproduction First World War artifacts, including a gas mask and an example of trench art, and can be borrowed without charge by any school in Canada? It’s the Supply Line First World War Discovery Box, created by staff at the Ottawa-based Canadian War Museum to give students hands-on experience of what it was like to be First World War soldiers.
