It was a hive of activity at the Junior Ranks Mess when CFB Shilo’s MFRC hosted its Blue Monday Wellness Expo. Besides a sweet chili served for supper, there were an array of mental health exhibitors from the Base and Brandon showcasing what they offer for those in attendance. Michael Terry of Dispatches Adventure Ride was the guest speaker, who spoke about living with PTSD, Operational Stress Injury and other challenges experienced by military veterans and first responders.
