BComd LCol Chris Wood and wife Lisa were part of the Royal Manitoba Winter Fair (RMWF) opening evening ceremonies at Westoba Place. They were brought into the dirt-covered arena by horse-drawn carriage, taking up seats in the president’s box to watch the opening equestrian competition. Fans of equestrian competition were treated to some excellent fence jumping by competitors from across Canada following evening opening ceremonies.
