The new RSM working alongside new CO LCol Joe O’Donnell is no stranger to 1RCHA. Enlisting in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) in October 1997, CWO Sean McGowan first arrived on this Base where he completed his battle school training after completing his BMQ at CFB St. Jean.

DBMQ Badging Ceremony

Following drill testing at the MPTF, the DBMQ recruits at 3 Cdn Div TC Coy Det Shilo received their class pennant, followed by OC Maj Melissa Marshall and her staff handing out their beret badge, Canada flag and 3 Div patch. Graduation is scheduled for July 29.
