For the eighth time since 2012, Stag editor Jules Xavier has been in focus with 1RCHA CO LCol Joe O’Donnell’s annual powerlifting competition with the moniker Ex HEAVY LOADER. The squad event always provides interesting facial expressions as competitors put on heavier weights.
